Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and cancellation process:

- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 7 days after placement. Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full.

- Returns and Exchanges: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact and share video of opening of product.

- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 days once the returned item passes inspection and we get return.

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
